Shipping:

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be fulfilled. Upon dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number via email. 

If you require a faster turnaround time, extra insurance, or specific courier services, please contact us. 

Returns:

We're confident that you will love your purchase. However, should you wish to return your item, you may do so for store credit. Please inform us within 7 days of receipt and we will provide our returns address. 

We can only issue credit for items that have been returned to us unused and in the original packaging. We recommend using a trackable service and keeping hold of your proof of postage. The customer is responsible for the return shipping charge.

Any item(s) that are returned to us damaged will unfortunately not be eligible for store credit.

Please note we do not accept returns on artwork or sale items.

Condition:

Most Studio Déjà pieces are in good, vintage condition, and may show normal signs of wear-and-tear due to age. We make a conscious effort to highlight more significant flaws, so please read descriptions thoroughly before purchasing or contact us with any questions.

What if an item is damaged?

I am so sorry if this happens! All orders are packed with care in London however, should any transit damage be discovered, please email us with a thorough description and photos of the damage immediately. 

Local London sales:

Locals, please use the “local collection” option at checkout if you would like to collect your order. We will then send you a notification once your order is ready and schedule a day and time to pick up your item(s). 

Sustainability:

In an effort to reduce waste, most packaging materials (including boxes, bubble wrap and packing paper) have been recycled. Please continue to contribute to this cycle by reusing or recycling your packaging.
