Shipping

All orders are shipped from London, UK. Orders with in-stock inventory will be fulfilled within 2-3 business days (excluding bank holidays).

Upon dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number via email. 

We ask that you inspect your items upon delivery. Should any transit damage be discovered please email us with a thorough description and photos of the damage immediately. 

Mainland UK (standard rates apply)
Domestic orders over £100 ship for free. Otherwise, a standard shipping fee of £5 applies. 

Non-Mainland UK
There is a slightly higher delivery charge for these postcodes. Please contact us to arrange delivery.

International
Most pieces can be shipped internationally for a flat rate of £30. This excludes some of the more fragile/oversized pieces. If you are interested in purchasing one of these pieces, please contact us for a shipping quote.

International orders may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination country outside of the UK. These charges are payable by the customer.

Collection
We're currently online-only, however, if you're local to London (NW1) and would like to collect your order, please purchase as normal and then reach out to let us know. We will schedule your collection and refund your shipping charge. 

Returns 

We're confident that you will love your purchase. However, should you wish to return your item, you may do so for store credit. Please inform us within 14 days of receipt. 

We can only issue credit for items that have been returned to us unused and in the original packaging. We recommend using a trackable service and keeping hold of your proof of postage. The customer is responsible for the return shipping charge.

Any item(s) that are returned to us damaged will unfortunately not be eligible for store credit.

Please note we do not accept returns on contemporary artwork or sale items.
